Consider/Approve Request to Declare Property Surplus and Dispose Via Most Economical Method

Background Information:
Black Oak Elementary has submitted a request to the board to declare surplus the cheerleading uniforms that are no longer use to the school. Furthermore, Black Oak request permission to sell the uniforms and for the funds to help offset the cost of future purchases.
